Bristol Training Ride Sunday 6th Feb
A 'ride of two halves': into the wind all the way out and flew on the way back. Level 3 (76-90% of FTP -Functional Threshold Pwr). Really good tarmac from Clevedon back to Portishead, spinning along merrily in the largest chainring!! Tech focus on maintaining high cadence and relaxing on the hills. All in all an enjoyable session; just need to do more!!
